Friday, July 23, 2010 Hey guys! It's announcement time! 1. Service and CGM is on this week! So do come prepared with an open heart and receive as much as you can yeah! And do note that this week for CGM, instead of our normal CGM, we'll be having a prayer meeting. So do pray and charged up and come ready to pray up a storm and stand in the gap for the church, for the CG. 2. Festival of Praise (FOP) & 21st anniversary Guys, do take note that FOP & church's 21st anniversary will be on the same weekend. Do take note of the following timings and let your respective connect group leaders know which day and session are you attending yeah. Thanks a lot! FOP 30th to 31st July, Fri-Sat 7.30pm Singapore Indoor Stadium 21st Anniversary 1st Aug 9am, 11am Singapore Indoor Stadium And also, do invite your friends to join us for 21st anniversary yeah! Let them experience the 21 glorious years that the church have been thru and show them how good God has been to our church yeah! 3. Continue to pray for Pastor Kong, Tan, Sun and the leadership Do continue to keep them in prayers. I really really thank God for all these leaders that He've placed in my life because they've lay down their lives so that the rest that are coming can benefit. I believe that everyone of us who're in the cg can come and freely worship in the presence of God is because Pastor and the pioneers have laid down their lives 21years back so that each and everyone of us have the chance to come and know God even more personally. So let's not and never forget how much they have done and sacrificed for the church and maybe we may not be able to help much but I believe that the most we can do is to really pray and keep on praying for them. 4. Read your bible, do your quiet time, study hard! Read your bible everyday to feed your soul, to renew your mind. Do your quiet time to spend time in the presence of God. Study hard to glorify His name! For those that did not come two weeks back, here's the new connect groups! Do check it out!
