Sunday, June 6, 2010 Warning: This is going to be a very random entry! ^_^ I am not sure how many of you remember but I shared with you guys that “10” is the number of perfection and that I’m very excited for this year – 2010. Before I even know it, it’s June! We are at the half mark of the year and as I look back, I am just very thankful for all of you who have played a precious part in my life. Hence, I have decided to do an appreciation entry for all of you! Look out for your name and know that Rae really loves you!
 Dear Joseph, thank you for being such a great brother in the CG! Your level of patience is invincible! I have never seen anyone as “harmless” and as pure as you. You are really a blessing! I tried to recall the Gouwei who first came to W362 and I just cannot stop smiling. You have grown so much all these years but the only thing that remains unchanged is your purest love and concern to the people around you. Thank you for being who you are! Dear Bryan and Ian, welcome into this awesome family! I hope you guys are enjoying the CG and I am excited to see you both progress in the Kingdom of God. Bryan, thank you for rising up to the challenge of the “200 word”! Haha. You are just so amazing and I am so looking forward to you cooking for the CG! *Hint Hint* Ian, thank you for sacrificing your archery sessions for the CG. We are so privileged that you always find time to hang out with us. Looking forward to the many years ahead with you guys!  Dear Dylan, thank you for being the man! Your ever readiness to say yes amazes me! I’m so thankful for your transfer to W459 from CC and you have really been standing in the gap for the CG this year. The recent Asia Conference is really one of the many incidents where I see your unwavering faithfulness. Thank you for trusting in me and never questioning why I ask you to do everything. Haha. You are such a great servant!Dear Potato Buddies – Dylan, Samuel and Asher, you guys are the most rocking cool potatoes ever! Thank you for adding so much life to the CG with the potatoes talks. Samuel, thank you for your enthusiasm in everything that you do (from serving to waving to beat boxing to laughing…). I am really proud of all the decisions you have made this year, especially to serve in Children’s Church when you’re so scared of them! Asher, thank you for always seeking to be the salt and light in your school. I know it may be tough but you are doing well! Teacher Asher, I believe God has an awesome plan for you and will use you to impact the lives of the children in CC! Potato Power!  Dear Christina and Eva, Juying FTW! Thank you for being the loveliest pair of girls in my life. Whenever I see you girls coming for service in your NPCC shirts, I will just thank God for giving me such faithful girls who are willing to sacrifice rest just to serve Him. Thank you for always supporting whatever I want to do for the CG and I love your “just do it” attitude. You both have been such an encouragement to me. Thank you! Dear Zhanyan, thank you for being the every faithful friend who will always join the CG in our special events. Your presence is so appreciated and come more often!  Dear Desiree and Eliana, congratulations on your baptism (haha…kinda belated to be typing this)! Firstly, dearest Desiree, thank you for bringing Kit to church! Because of your love for her, we now have Eliana. Secondly, dearest Eliana, thank you for bringing Qianling to church! Because of your love for us, she is now receiving BS from Jasmin and growing in the Lord! You two are really giants trapped in a small body and I love your “on-ness”! You gals are very good examples of young ones that do not despise your own youth. I thank God that you both are saved young because I know the journey ahead for you gals will only get more exciting. Thank you for your ah lian stares too that can help me “tame” the older ones. ^_^  Dear Isaac, thank you for coming back from the US! Haha. I am thankful that you came back and did not choose to get married and stay there. ;p Anyway, I guess you will be the one in this CG that received the most number of thank you notes and messages from me. Thank you for being there when I first started off and thank you for silently supporting me. I KNOW! Dearest Son, you may already know it but nevertheless, just wanna let you know that, YOU ARE THE BEST!  Dear Pinde and Ang, thank you for giving me the chance to be your CGL! Haha. I always believed that you both have a choice and you chose to remain in W459. It is my greatest honour to have you in the CG. Thank you for serving tirelessly in Usher/Choir and being the CG’s guitarists! I know I can always count on you both to pull down the presence of God. Thank you also for being the sparks of the CG that make my weekly games times so unmanageable and chaotic! Haha. But well, that’s what the CG is all about – having fun together!  Dear Qianling, thank you for being so faithful. You may be our youngest family member but we love you! J Thank you for wanting to know the CG and know God more. I am so happy that you are now attending Bible Study sessions and you received the gift of speaking in tongues! Wow! I am so excited for you and I cannot wait to see you transforming into the lady that God has called you to be.   Dear Meiqi, Meizhen, Yanjun, Yanyu, Elin and Evei, thank you for being my “kai xin guo”! I will never be bored with you gals around. Meiqi, thank you for always taking care of them for me. You are really an amazing girl with an amazing heart!Dear Pamela, thank you for always being so sweet. I am very happy to see you grow and thank you for sharing with me the problems that you go through. I love you Pam! Dear Shawn and Thomas, thank you for being so faithful in knowing the Lord. Shawn, thank you for respecting me so much and you are really my most obedient member. Thank you for trusting me as well. Thomas, thank you for joining us week after week for service! Thank you for loving W459 and being a part of this family! Dear Joel, thank you for always hanging around as a faithful member. Continue to love and serve God in any measure that you can yeah? Dear Terence, thank you for being “silent”. Hahaha. I know you are a quiet guy by nature but I want to thank you for showing up every week so faithfully. I am looking forward to knowing you more! Finally, Dearest W459, thank you for being the best CG anyone can dream of. You have made my life so much brighter and so much more joyful. I am thankful for each and everyone of you. You may be a super loud member or a very quiet member but nonetheless, you are very very important. So dear CG, let’s continue to love one another like Jesus loves us. I strongly believe that this is a CG of a different spirit and we will be vessels of God’s great works. Before I end, I want to say a big “I LOVE W459 and I LOVE CITY HARVEST CHURCH!” Floods may arise but we will not be moved. No one can take me away from this family that I have committed my life to.
